It walks you through what you need to measure and how to grade each one of your website pages to determine its effectiveness. Do an audit of your website and make sure you have a plan to convert traffic to customers. Offer visitors the information they need to achieve a goal, solve a problem, be entertained, find out quality news or have a good laugh.
Remember your objective is to building relationship and demonstrate how great you are so that they realize you have what they are looking for only then can you sell your product or service.
Your website can make you money and save you time.
Repeat this exercise at least once per year.
